A Bride after my own heart...Kerrie designed one Beautiful Beach Wedding! Every last detail included sea shells, starfish, or colors in an ocean blue palette. This wedding was as fun as it was perfect! Thanks for letting me enjoy the day with you!

Take a Seat...
Let me tell you about one of my favorite wedding details...Place Cards! Yes that's right, I said Place Cards! For me they can make or break a wedding...well NOT break a wedding, but I sure think they keep things running smoothly. Plus, they are always such a cute and personal element of the day. Perhaps it's because I appreciate structure and order, and I like to know where each and every guest will sit?
But really and truly here are my top 5 reasons why I vote YES on Seating Charts & Place Cards...
1) I don't want the end of the ceremony to sound like a gun shot at the start of a race. Making the guests feel like they have to make a mad dash to find their seats.
2) I want to control whether or not the party animals are all at one table, or perhaps sprinkled amongst the guests for good measure :)
3) If people have the freedom to sit where they want, they tend to feel they have the freedom to move chairs, and cram 12 people at one table leaving 3 guests at another...and well...that just bothers me!
4) Who knows all your guests better than you do? Making a seating chart allows you to put the right people together, which all in all makes your guests feel more comfortable.
5) and... the TOP reason I love Place Cards is...
They are FUN, and they can and should capture the complete style of YOUR day!
See what I mean...

Brad and Jenni...in Coronado!
Here is a look at Brad and Jenni's August Wedding in Coronado. Being from Arizona, this was sort of a "destination wedding" for them and all of their friends and family. Jenni was the most organized bride you could ever meet, so she made this one pretty easy for us. Shades of greens and oranges were such fun colors to work with! A special thanks to Shelly and her team at Martino's Catering for the beautiful linens, rentals and the delicious food. This was such a wonderful day! Enjoy the photos below, thanks to AS Photography!

Feels like Fall...
The leaves are changing, its getting dark early, and I have the sudden urge to bake and light pumpkin spice candles in every room of the house! September, October and November are my favorite months of the year, and always make for BEAUTIFUL weddings! The air is crisp, and the colors are rich and beautiful. Here are some colorful shots that capture the essence of Fall!

Aqua and Oranges in July!
Corey and Dennis had a beautiful, fun and HOT wedding during our July heat wave!
Despite the heat, the theme was quite cool...made from shades of aqua and teal mixed with oranges...literally oranges filled glass bowls for the centerpieces. Guests were invited to take the fruit home in little brown sacks which said "Orange" you glad you came to our wedding!
Hand held fans were a popular accessory, but the heat was not enough to keep the party off the dance floor. Goes to show that whether day or night, hot or cold, weddings are meant to be Fun! Congrats to Dennis and Corey!
